All games will commence at the scheduled time.

A forfeit will be declared if 10 minutes of play has passed.

3 players are needed to start the game. 
Until 3 players are on court, 2 points per minute will be awarded to the opposing team as penalty.

 

ADULT BASKETBALL FORFEITS PENALTIES

If a team forfeits with more then 72 hours notice, they will lose 3 competition points with no fine issued.

If a team forfeits for any Adult CIty Hoops competition with less then 72 hours notice, the team will lose 3 competition points and a $100 fine will apply.

The team will not be permitted to take court the following week until the fine is paid in full.
 

$80 of the fine will go to the opposing team and $20 to cover admin will go to EBL.

Teams who sign up to the season do so on the basis of agreeing to this system.

JUNIOR BASKETBALL FORFEITS PENALTIES

 

All teams who forfeit will lose 3 competition points. Please notify us asap so we can notify the opposing teams.

ADULT REGISTERED PLAYERS

When paying team fees as a whole, captains can register up to 10 players.

These are the only permitted players that may play for the team all season.

To play any player not on the registered team list, you must first get approval through EBL.

If teams fees are paid as single players then only those who CITY HOOPS have received full registration and payment can play for that team.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMPS
Unregistered players shall not attend our School Holiday camps.
